Work organization and computerization are today the basis of a valid service. Our activities are governed by internal processes studied and refined over the years, in order to improve the customer's experience of legal services, make work more efficient, helping to contain service costs, limiting the risk of errors .

Work organization and computerization are today the basis of a valid service. Our activities are governed by internal processes studied and refined over the years, in order to improve the customer's experience of legal services, make work more efficient, helping to contain service costs, make the service safer , containing the risk of errors.

The highest quality of service, transparency towards the customer and the pre-eminent protection of his interests and needs drive our approach to the profession.

Through a network of trusted colleagues, we operate throughout the national territory and are able to offer complementary services to ours.

The management of our processes makes use of the EasyLex software that allows the optimization of processes and an effective management control, both in the planning of the work and in the control of deadlines.

INTERNAL PROCEDURES

The software is one of the tools that make up the organizational structure of the studio, whose internal processes are the result of multi-year processing and are intended to ensure the effective achievement of the objectives with the greatest efficiency in costs.

COMPUTERIZATION

Computerization is now a reality for any professional activity. For us it has always been a strength.

TRANSPARENCY

Organizational processes and computerization are tools and have a purpose: the reliability of the service and transparency towards the customer.

The latter is informed before the assignment of the general characteristics of a professional assignment and, subsequently, is constantly informed of the out-of-court and judicial management activities and provided with a copy of the documents drawn up on his behalf and not covered by secrecy.



CUSTOMER INFORMATION

As is our duty, we have responded to our Government's call to limit as much as possible travel to and from Milan and within the city itself.
Our physical offices are therefore closed until 3 April 2020.
We are, however, all working remotely and we are giving regular course to ordinary activities. 
You can therefore communicate with us via e-mail or telephone (+39 (0)2 4398 0443), specifying your telephone number. 
Any meetings may normally be held via Zoom.us or Webex.
Our support for our customers therefore remains constant, even in this period in which we are all called to contribute, even with some sacrifice, to the collective interest.
