LITIGATION

We have a consolidated judicial experience.

We offer assistance at every stage and level of judgment for labor disputes and, in general, for disputes that take place before the Labor Section of the Court, the Court of Appeal and the Court of Cassation.

The judicial activity includes the elaboration of the strategy in close contact with the client, the education and preparation of defenses, the drafting of defensive writings, participation in hearings and the necessary stationery and notification activities.

TRAINING COURSES

Our study and updating activity is constant. The results can be made available to customers as part of training courses for personnel who, professionally or occasionally, are dedicated to the management of human resources.
